- Update Neon Lock and iOS to the latest available versions.
- Restart the app and check your internet connection.
- For purchases, open the Shop and use Restore Purchases.
- Include your device model, iOS version and a short description of the issue.
Purchases and ads
Purchases are processed by Apple. Consumable coin packs cannot be restored after use. Non-consumable purchases such as Remove Ads and the Premium Theme Pack can be restored with the same Apple Account.
Rewarded ads grant the displayed reward after the video completes. Ad availability may vary by region and connection.
